We collect your data when you give it to us at the clinic or enter it into the website to make an appointment.

We collect your contact details and (optionally) your address and medical aid details.

We make every effort to protect our systems and your data (for your good and ours!)

How will we use your data?

We will use your data to:

  • Confirm and/or reschedule appointments, and remind you of your appointment
  • Generate invoices and manage your account with us
  • Send you the occasional newsletter (you can opt out)

We will not share your details with anyone without your express permission having been given in each case.

You may, at any time, request that we remove your data from our systems.
